The interaction of authors, the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial Board, the editorial staff, and reviewers of "Intelligent Transport" is governed by the Code of Professional Ethics and the ethical principles of scientific publications.
The Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board and editorial staff are obliged to:
ensure unbiased and objective consideration of submitted manuscripts regardless of the authors' place of work or residence, and their religious, ethnic and political affiliation;
select reviewers from among qualified specialists in the relevant field of science, and not disclose their personal data;
not use in their work any data, results or their interpretation contained in manuscripts submitted for publication without the authors' consent;
treat authors' scientific views with respect, not disclosing to anyone information about manuscripts submitted to the journal for review;
when selecting reviewers, avoid known or potential conflicts of interest that may lead to a biased assessment of the manuscript;
upon receiving well-founded evidence of the publication of erroneous data, results or their interpretation in the journal, inform readers thereof, making appropriate corrections or comments where possible.
Reviewers, by agreeing to review a manuscript:
undertake to assess it impartially and objectively, evaluate it in terms of the novelty and reliability of the presented data and results, as well as the relevance of the manuscript to the journal's scope and current scientific standards;
must not disclose information about manuscripts submitted for review;
may not use in their work any data, results or their interpretation from the reviewed manuscript without the authors' consent.
must note identified plagiarism, repeated publication of the same material, and verify the presence of necessary references to prior works;
must decline to review a manuscript in the event of a conflict of interest or upon its discovery during the review process;
Authors of the Journal are obliged to follow the following principles:
to bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted materials;
to avoid plagiarism, simultaneous submission, or repeated publication of the same material;
to include in the article references to prior works, databases and other sources of information used, and to indicate sources of financial support for the research;
to include among the authors all those who have made a sufficient contribution to the published research, and not to include among the authors persons who did not participate in the work submitted for publication.
to guarantee that the submitted article has not been previously published in print or posted on the Internet, and that the article does not contain information constituting commercial and/or state secrets;
to respond to reviewers' feedback, comments and recommendations arising during the text editing and graphical materials preparation stages in a timely, constructive and substantive manner;
to inform the Editorial Board upon discovery of errors in submitted or published materials, making corrections to the work where possible;
The journal does not publish:
materials that do not correspond to the journal's scope;
materials previously published in other outlets;
articles containing no new information or results compared to previously published works;
articles containing factual, metrological, mathematical or other errors that cannot be corrected.
information and announcements not directly related to scientific activity, works of literary fiction and journalism;
materials containing information constituting commercial or state secrets in accordance with current legislation and the Company's regulatory documents;
materials containing insults, defamation or knowingly false information regarding individuals or organizations;
